Replacement Process:
If your request for a replacement is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup of your old unit from the same address you provided when contacting us. Our delivery partners will call you to schedule the pickup.
Once we receive your old unit and confirmation of the pickup receipt, we’ll send you a new unit to the same address and provide you with the courier tracking information.
Important Notes:–
- We only offer one free replacement for any manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
- You’ll be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the old unit back to us (one-way shipping).
- We offer a premium service where we can pick up the old unit from your doorstep for an additional 10% of the original invoice amount.
- Any additional replacements after the first free one will be charged at 25% of the original price, regardless of whether it’s within the warranty period or not.
